REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date provided that:

- Products remain uninstalled
- Original packaging is intact
- Accessories and manuals are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Products

- Special-order products
- Clearance items
- Promotional products
- Installed electrical products
- Opened electrical components
- Cut wiring and cables
Damaged or Defective Products
Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery.
If products are damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied, customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours.
Supporting photographs and documentation may be requested.
